- Wills, including simple Wills and those containing more complex trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts, including setting up trusts for estate planning, trust administration and bringing trusts to an end
- Administration of estates including taxable estates and estates with foreign assets
Recent cases
- Assisted a family who had trusts set up by a firm who went into administration. Arranged for trust deeds to be obtained and updated and for the trusts to be registered with HMRC's Trust Registration Service so as to avoid penalties and fines.
- Assisted in an estate with foreign assets to be dealt with.
- Assisted a couple looking to protect their estate for their vulnerable son on their deaths.
Outside of the office
Outside of work, Felicity can be found socialising with friends and family. She also enjoys holidays both abroad and in the UK and claims the key to a happy life is always to have at least one holiday booked!
