- Advising on estate administration and assisting Personal Representatives, including obtaining Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration, accounting to HM Revenue and Customs for Inheritance Tax purposes and claiming Inheritance Tax reliefs
- Advising on and drafting Wills
- Preparing Powers of Attorney, including Lasting Powers of Attorney and General Powers of Attorney
- Registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian
- Making Deputyship Applications to the Court of Protection
Outside of the office
Alexis enjoys baking, trying to keep fit and going to the theatre to see ballets, dance productions and musicals.
