Duo of promotions at Hay & Kilner

Hay & Kilner has promoted Kayleigh Bell and Sophie Fletcher to Associate, demonstrating their commitment to supporting future talent.

Kayleigh Bell is part of the Family Team. She advises and represents clients in all aspects of family law related matters arising from the breakdown of a marriage or relationship, including, divorce, financial provision, child arrangement disputes and urgent protection orders.

Kayleigh has considerable expertise in private children matters, particularly in dealing with cases involving domestic abuse, a high level of conflict and other complex issues. Kayleigh also uses her vast advocacy experience assisting clients to achieve the best outcome at Court.

Sophie Fletcher works in Hay & Kilner’s growing rural and agricultural property department. Sophie acts for and advises clients on all types of property matters including complex first registration applications, advising clients in relation to title issues and rights of way, along with new and existing Overage. Sophie is also experienced in progressing sales and purchases of agricultural farms, land and estates including residential property, remortgages and Farm Business Tenancies.

Sophie appreciates that farming families and rural businesses face their own unique set of circumstances and challenges when it comes to managing their property assets. There is so much change within the sector at the moment too, which means there’s a great and growing need for the advice and guidance the firm provides, which Sophie is keen to guide clients through to achieve the best possible outcome.
